People's March, the pro-Maoist magazine, which ceased publication after its editor, P.Govindan Kutty, was arrested, has reappeared.
The November 2009 issue of the journal, which runs into 32 pages, is being transmitted by mail in as PDF format.

do you know p govindan kutty? there was someone like this who once worked for isro in tvm. i recall cases instituted against him, his being evacuated from office quarters, his putting up a fight and so on. there was, i suspect, a kink in him, a little more than usual. irrepressible. never heard of him later. is he the same person? but does not like. age changed his form?
govindan kutty, I do not know P. Govindan Kutty but I have a vague recollection of reading, at the time of his arrest, that he had worked with a Central establishment.
Yes, according to what I have read, he was with the ISRO and then fired and put a protest. Later, he was arrested in relation with some criminal case related to his family and was in jail where he got links with Leftist groups.
